My mom spent Mother’s Day in the hospital half way around the world. She collapsed in church and was taken to hospital in an ambulance. She is doing fine. Apparently she has been prescribed too much medication. It makes me think of all the times I fell down in my life as a child and she was there to pick me up, give me a hug, shower me with kisses and make everything right again. Many times as an adult too. Since I can’t be with her today I am sending her flowers to say “Thank you for being my Mum. I love you!!” As I bless her I bless every mother out there and say “Thank You” to you too.
