I recently joined the Healing Grapevine Team on a pilgrimage to the offices of Dr Hildegarde Staninger in LA. From the entrance of IHS (Integrative Health Systems) you can see the Hollywood sign on the hill beyond. One could wonder why an industrial toxicologist would choose to live in the heart of the most polluted city in the US. Our GPS struggled to guide us through all that smog as we entered the city. Surely Dr Hildy (as she is affectionately known) is more aware than most of the effect of the toxic skies above us? I was entertaining two possibilities as I entered her office.

My first possibility was confirmed the moment I met her. Her outrageous passion and fearlessness reminded me of Mother Theresa standing in the heart of Calcutta. She is right where she is needed most. As a leader and a master in her own field all that was needed was a method of broadcasting her research and products. We were there to activate that vision.

The second possibility, I knew from personal experience, the only reason she could survive in LA is she has the solution. Her protocol is her own salvation and that of her almost 200 documented clients who have been or are in the process of being healed of morgellons and other advanced nano related conditions. Her brilliant mind is equally balanced with a generous heart; a rare find in the world of science.

I made it my purpose to play as one of her clients and experience her full detox therapy session which consisted mostly of her number one recommendedation FAR Infrared Radiant Heat Therapy. I had already experienced daily sessions in my friends MPS FAR Infrared Sauna and also constant use with my own Infrared Heating Pad but this gave me a chance to experience the the other MPS Global FAR Infrared Treatments.

FAR Infrared Capsule Dima from MPS Global

First on the circuit of the IHS Center was the FAR Infrared Capsule Dima. What I love about the Capsule Dima is the added benefit of being able to lie down and completely relax while receiving a vigorous massage with the heated jade rollers under my body. Combine this with the FAR Infrared heat it made for an ultimate experience. It was only on my second session the following day that Dr Hildy shared the technology behind this machine is such that the system recognizes your body and returns to the problem areas giving you your own unique treatment. After years as a masseuse I found this concept fascinating and noticed a remarkable difference between the two sessions. The Capsule Dima is perfect for a Spa, Healing Center or private home.

My second machine was the Sunbeam which is an enlarged version of the Capsule Dima minus the jade rollers but includes a near infrared heating system as well as FAR. Dr Hildy only uses FAR Infrared Therapy but the beauty of this combo is it that a few minutes of near infrared at the end of the treatment gave me the opportunity to compare the two very different heat systems. The FAR infrared heats from the inside out. The near is convection heats that cooks you like a turkey from the outside in and made me feel agitated after only a few minutes. Unfortunately many Infrared Saunas use a mixture of both making high temperatures more intolerable and hugely inferior in its healing abilities. This confirmed my experience in another well known brand that didn’t come near the MPS Global Sauna which is the only one Dr Hildy recommends based on the results of her vigorous research and testing. The Sunbeam would suit a Gym or Fitness Center allowing for bigger physiques. Also the Rhace which is an exercise machine inside a FAR Sauna. The fitness fanatics dream! Dr Hildy explained that all the MPS Global FAR Infrared Radiant Heat Treatments work. The difference is the more diamond panels the faster the therapy works. For example the heating pad has half a panel, the Rainbow has one full panel, the Capsule Dima has three panels and the Sauna has 6.5 panels. I know that when I was hit with the advanced nano skin condition what knocked it in the head was the Sauna.

I was curious to check out the more portable MPS Rainbow as this was the next step up from my Heating Pad. I immediately saw its advantages. It has the portablity but is much more effective and versatile. Not only can you place it over your body on a bed but you can prop it sideways in front of your legs in a chair and double it as a heater. The FAR infrared rays travel in a straight line but once they hit the body they travel through the body fluids. If portabililty is important to you and cost is less of an issue this is the best product for you. Its uses are limitless. I can drive to my friends for a sauna but call it laziness the portable option is the one I fall back on the most.

The last piece of equipment I experienced was new to me and a big surprise. It was the BodyRex, also an MPS Global product, labelled “the shaker” which was the most unique experience I have ever had on a machine. As a trainee naturpath 25 years ago the one thing that stuck in my mind was the importance of movement or exercise to keep the lymphatics moving. The shaker did just that it literally shakes your body in various directions for different purposes. Apparently the shaking immediately kills any viruses and pushes the wastes created through the detox process right out of the body. Dr Staninger’s protocol is remarkably simple, practical and effective. The easiest way to get yourself back onto a path of perfect health is to begin with FAR Infared as in essence it is one of the purest therapies available.
