Hot off the press is our latest article titled, The Delusion About Delusional Parasitosis and it is really a very interesting idea instigated by the growing letters written from many in the Morgellons community who are wondering how to navigate forward with doctors and not get labeled as delusional.

Delusional Parasitosis is a very real threat to our health and safety, not because we are crazy, but because we are not!

The fact is, once a diagnosis for mental illness is labeled for an individual, it will categorized and follow them for the rest of their life.

For the growing numbers of individuals who are self-diagnosing Morgellons, this history can show up from a juvenile’s record for attempted suicide or drug overdose. This often leads concerned parents to have their unhappy teenager ‘monitored’ for their mental health before release from the hospital and it will make the possibility of turning their Morgellons condition today into the stigma of “Delusional Parasitosis”.

From there, the chances of getting any real medical help is gone and the family members are often quick to concur with the doctor.

So what do we do?

Read this article and enlighten yourself on Martha Mitchell. It will be through using our network that we can find the help we need, but it must done with Unity; not by the squabbling that has become common in the chat rooms and forums.

The mood and climate around the Morgellons network is definitely one of frustration and disappointment.

Many have been desperately seeking answers to a ‘mysterious skin disease’ that has been plaguing some for than 20 years.

The political climate within the medical community, both conventional and alternative, has stepped up a whole other level and it is not good news for anyone expecting the knight in shining armor to show up and hand us a magic pill for cure.

Over the last 8 months, we have watched and learned a lot about the HIDDEN AGENDAS surrounding our ability to get well:

1. there are professional alignments between Drs and Scientists with Institutions and Companies that make them sign NDAs (Non Disclosure Agreements) so they are literally silenced from speaking the truth
2. there are state medical boards stepping in and demanding doctors do not treat the condition called “Morgellons”
3. the CDC itself handed it’s own investigation over to the military
4. This group of sufferers continue to rely on the internet for any answers and unfortunately there is A LOT of dis-information being circulated.

The point here is to understand the ‘Game’ but do not be distracted by the ‘Blame’.

We will not recover if we continue wasting time arguing and accusing, we must stay focused on what it will take to become well.

Needless to say, our entire health care system is in quite a pickle. We must move ahead and educate because self responsibility is the KEY WE ALL HOLD for how we want our lives to look and feel.

I am raising the white flag to openly discuss the issue of why Dr Staninger is trying to discredit the HGV.

It was only 2 months ago, in early June, that we were visiting her in LA. We gave her the first full outline on the membership site that would incorporate her protocol for recovery and the next details for what was needed to make this happen.

I will not go into a long airing of details, but we came away from that trip aware that we needed to re-work our agreement with her.

Among some of our decisions, the business partners here at the HGV decided we no longer wanted to carry Dr. Staninger’s entire line of endorsed products. Some of these are associated with her protocol for treating Morgellons and many are not.

We offered to re-build her own webstore for less than half the cost normally entailed because we wanted to be sure she had her own ability to sell anything she wanted.

What happened next came from a single moment of miscommunication. A misunderstanding that we have tried to correct many times; however, it is impossible to do so since she has refused to participate.

The Healing Grapevine Welcomes Trisha Springstead, RN to our growing team of health care professionals that are on the cutting edge and in the trenches to deal with the rising issue of toxicity and the multi-dimensional ramifications these toxins are causing to our health and well-being.

We have been polluting our body system from the inside out for so long that the straw is now breaking the camel’s back.

We received a comment on our recent post Morgellons Alert: The Dangers of Experimenting on Yourself Part Two.

One of our readers asked: Please explain why Colloidal Silver products would not be effective against advanced Nanomaterials aka Morgellons. Essentially you have warned people of the dangers in the excessive use of Colloidal products yet you have not given any rational explanation. In fact, this article negates almost every other protocol except for Dr. Staninger.

This is our response:
I am happy to report that Dr. Staninger has just submitted the proof on colloidal silver toxicity.

You may notice that this paper has already been submitted (and accepted) for presentation and will be published in the NREP journal. The National Registry of Environmental Professionals is a very specialized group dedicated to reporting, monitoring, and tracking the enormous list of hazardous chemicals and toxins in our environment.

Within this report, she has documented the blood work of 2 of her patients that were prescribed large doses of a popular colloidal silver product by their health care physician for treating symptoms that are associated with Advanced NanoMaterial Syndrome, aka Morgellons. (Included as well are 2 patients as control subjects ) Both patients using the silver remedy had very high silver levels indicating that silver will indeed bio-accumulate.

Dr. Staninger says…

“Let me start right now with a few “DO NOT DO” if you suspect you have contracted Morgellons:

1. Do not take any colloidal, ionic, or nano silver products.
All forms of silver are extremely cumulative once they enter body tissues, and very little is excreted. It will accumulate in the body and excrete primarily in the intestinal colon. It will make silver protein when mixed with halogen based oxides and has been associated with cellular and embryonic tissue death.
Please beware of Colloidal Silver Companies offering a “cure” for Morgellons.
Also stay away from Ionic Gold and Monatomic Gold, etc…No Metals!

2. Do not take MMS, sodium chlorite.

3. Do not use R.I.F.E therapy or any other Zapper type electro magnetically charged therapy due to the possible interaction of nano piezo electrical devices and nano metal composites.

Dr Staninger was interviewed on Saturday April 24, 2010 by Dr. Susan E. Kolb on the Temple of Health radio show.

Excerpt from a recent interview with Joni Mitchell in the Guardian, UK :

If Mitchell seems ornery, it may simply be because she is feeling better. Last year, the singer announced that she suffers from Morgellons syndrome, a rare skin condition. It’s a controversial diagnosis – many doctors deny that Morgellons is real, calling it delusional. “[It's a] weird, incurable disease that seems like it’s from outer space,” Mitchell told the Times. “But my health’s the best it’s been in a while. Two nights ago, I went out for the first time since 23 December.”

“In America … [doctors] send you to a psychiatrist,” Mitchell explained. “I’m actually trying to get out of the music business to battle for Morgellons sufferers to receive the credibility that’s owed to them.” Then again, this campaign will need funding.

We wanted to be sure and report the news correctly and not fuel any rumored ideas or misinformation. There are many reasons that a website will come down and in this case it has nothing to do with the apparent threat of a lawsuit against them last year or any other government agency, big brother meanie shutting them down.
